From the moment she arrived, she made the kids feel comfortable and at ease with her warm and friendly personality. She keeps them engaged with creative activities like crafts, games, and story time, and always finds ways to make them laugh and have fun. She also does a great job of keeping us updated throughout the day, sending quick texts and photos to let us know how the kids are doing and what they’re up to. It’s clear how patient and attentive she is, always listening to their needs and handling any little disagreements with kindness and understanding. Most importantly, we feel completely confident leaving the kids in her care, knowing they are safe, happy, and well cared for.
