There are not expressive enough words to use that could convey my gratitude and appreciation for her kind, knowledgable and caring disposition to my grandmother, whom needed skilled nursing care, and to myself, when I needed direction, support and reassurance while providing end of life and dementia care. There are plenty of home healthcare aids I had experience with in this journey but none of them had the skills Geneva has or were willing to go above and beyond with eagle eye dedication the way she did. She is a hard worker, someone who truly cares, and is skilled. 100% recommend.
