About Genesis

We hired Genesis for two separate babysitting jobs in the same week. The first job she was 5 minutes late but the babysitting job seemed to go well and our daughter was very happy, she enjoyed playing with Genesis. We would have happily given a good review for the first sitting job. Unfortunately our second babysitting job went very poorly and had to be canceled because she was going to be over 30 min. late, which in turn was going to make me late for an appointment. We exchanged a few text to followup on her ETA because she wasn't on time, at first it was she was going to be 15 min. late and then 30. If I would have waited for her I would have been over 15 minutes late and my appointment would have been cancelled. We are very forgiving for a few minutes late but 30 min. isn't running a little behind and put us in a large bind. Luckily my husband was able to leave work and meet us. I always schedule sittings with a buffer on start time but it is unreasonable to be 30 min. late.
