About Genesis

Hi! I started working with kids as a sitter/momma's helper back in 2010. As the oldest of four sisters I understand the value of leading and shaping our younger generations. This led me to camp counseling, music teaching, and pushed me during high school to complete a college level teaching education program geared around lesson planning and student teaching. I have experience as an in home nanny with preteens/teens, an out of home nanny with ages 3m-7years, home school teacher for english/math/science for grades PreK-2nd grade, and as a PreK teacher for a KC local Kiddie Kollege. I am also a new mother to a sweet boy, born spring 2025. I am extremely driven toward care and invested in every child I work with, exploring their interests and creating learning opportunities that a fun for their special interests.
