With nine years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. CPR and First Aid Training ensure your loved one's safety is my priority.
