About Genaro

Making a positive difference in people's lives is my calling. For three years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors, honoring their independence and providing compassionate care. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method.
