About Gena

I have never had any "paid" experience in senior care- A large part of my career has actually been with children. I was a gymnast most of my childhood and at 15, I switched to coaching the sport for the next 8 years & loved every moment of it! My experience with senior care lies in helping with my elderly family members. My grandmother and grandfather have needed help on and off all through my growing up. My grandmother especially now that my grandpa has passed. My cousin who has autism, also lives in the same home, and although older than me, he has always needed a little bit of help and extra attention as well. I am kind, thoughtful, a good listener, slow, and am open to learn anything! I have experience with helping in regulating medicine, picking up prescriptions, transportation, possibly mobility(moving to & from car/wheelchair), pastimes, hobbies, etc. I catch on quickly and I'm happy to help wherever is needed!
