We feel incredibly lucky to have found Gena! She was originally my daughter’s daycare teacher and is the only person my daughter immediately felt comfortable staying with as a babysitter. She is exceptionally kind, nurturing, and calm, while also being firm in a gentle, respectful way that children really respond to. My daughter absolutely adores her and asks for her almost every day! What I appreciate most is her open and professional communication. She always keeps us updated and checks in about any concerns to make sure we’re aligned on how to handle situations.
