Genalyn was fine at first but she likes to make her own schedule. She was working 3 days a week if she wanted to and if it rained, she does not always come. We gave her more hours and mom was wanting her 5 days a week but I said to wait because Gen always wanted to leave early. Communication was supposed to be with me since I was in charge of scheduling/payments but she would only communicate with my mom who is forgetful as she is diagnosed with early dementia. Today she quit but again only told my mom. Be wary. Unreliable, unprofessional, and poor communication.
