About Gemma

I am a part time Level IV NICU RN with 21 years of experience caring for newborns and their families. I provide individualized, family centered and developmentally supportive care for all newborns including multiples, premature and medically complex babies. I offer both daytime and overnight newborn care and can assist with lactation support, establishing healthy routines, paced feeding techniques, soothing, medication administration and recognizing changes in an infants condition. Background clearances, BLS and CPR certifications all in good standing. My goal is to build trusting relationships while providing expert care that allows parents to rest, recover and feel confident that their baby is in safe, loving hands. I reside in West Chester with my husband, 2 sons Lukas (14) and Harrison (12) and our two dogs Duke and Max. When I'm not caring for babies, I enjoy DIY projects, reading, traveling and making memories with my family.
