About Gemma

I'm a dedicated tutor with a strong interdisciplinary background and a passion for helping students succeed. I graduated high school with honors in 2021 and earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in December 2024, studying Political Science, Sociology, and Latin American Studies. I'm now pursuing a Master of Studies in Law, which has strengthened my writing, research, and analytical thinking skills. I tutor social studies, civics, writing, reading comprehension, and introductory law topics, and I can also help with Spanish through my Latin American Studies coursework. In addition to academics, I offer music tutoring with 7 years of Bb clarinet experience, 5 years on bass clarinet, and 4 years on alto sax. I take a patient, structured approach and tailor each session to the student's needs, with a focus on clarity, confidence, and long-term success.
