About Gemma

Hi! My name is Gemma, and I have several years of experience providing compassionate, one-on-one care for older adults. I currently work as a live-in caregiver for a wonderful 94-year-old gentleman, assisting with daily routines, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and creating a safe, comfortable environment. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which has strengthened my communication skills and deepened my understanding of providing person-centered care. I believe caregiving is about more than helping with daily tasks-it's about preserving dignity, building trust, and improving quality of life.
