About Gemma

Helping children learn, grow, and feel supported is my greatest passion. I am a certified special education teacher entering my fourth year in the classroom, with over six years of childcare experience working with children of all ages and abilities, including those with behavioral and developmental needs. My approach is patient, calm, and engaging. I love spending time outdoors, playing games, doing crafts, and creating fun, educational activities that keep children active and learning. As a teacher, I can also provide academic support and tutoring when needed. I am CPR and First Aid certified and always prioritize creating a safe, nurturing environment. I believe in following each family's routines and preferences while maintaining open communication and providing regular updates.
