About Gemma

I recently earned my B. A. in Psychology, and I've always had a deep appreciation for working with children. I come from a big family where the little ones are constantly surrounded by love, encouragement, and support, and I've carried that same energy into the way I care for kids. I started formally working with children at 15 as a swim instructor, which taught me patience, responsibility, and how to make kids feel comfortable and confident. Most recently, I worked with two children for over three years and built a wonderful relationship with both them and their family. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for, and I always aim to create that kind of environment. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, practicing yoga, and spending time with family. My strengths include patience, creativity, enthusiasm, and strong communication.
