About Gema

Hello Parents and Guardians! I'm a first-year college student majoring in anthropology at the California State University of Northridge. I'm 18 years old and have baby/pet sat for a few years starting from when I was 15. These families I worked with due to familiarity. For example, they either came from within family, family friends, friends of my own, neighbors & additional close relations. Therefore this is my first time trying to reach out to completely new families outside my own bubble. I've worked with children whom have Down syndrome, autism, & adhd, I am currently working on receiving my CPR certification as workshops will frequently pop up at my institution. I'm a firm believer in interactive and engaging activity, and have a high tolerance for kids who like to play and stay up longer. As someone who was an athlete for 4 years and actively attends the gym, I LOVE to be active, and hate to sit around most times. My favorite part is building connections with who I work with
