Over the past 20+ years I have worked for several families. I have worked with children as young as infants to as old as high school age. In each of the jobs I have worked for, I have developed strong bonds with the families. I have worked for one family for as long as 17 years. I enjoy teaching children how to learn and grow. I am happy to be involved in all activities. I enjoy reading and playing outdoors. I have assisted with all errands, doctors appointments, after school activities, studying, homework, play dates, etc. My entire adult life has been dedicated to children of all ages. I am healthy and strong. I like to play sports with kids and teach them to live a healthy lifestyle. I believe children should spend more time outside playing then inside watching TV, playing video games, and going on the computer. I love what I do and I hope to continue to help new families for years to come.

Gelen has been a friend of the family for 15 years. I have watched her gracefully take care of her father and aunt at the end of their lives. Since I have known her, I have watched her dedicate her life to the children and adults that she cares for. She has an enormous heart and will stop at nothing to make other people happy. I would trust her with my children and my parents as a caretaker/companion because of her patience, kindness, respect for others, and her ongoing desire to make a difference in someone else's life. I highly recommend Gelen as a caregiver, there are few people in this world who are willing to dedicate their lives to making other people happy the way she does.
