Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my passion. My experiences in adult and senior care have shown me the profound impact a caregiver can have. As a Certified Home Health Aide with three years of experience, I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, and help with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am also experienced in dementia care and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and history. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Graduate school has further enhanced my professional and detail-oriented approach.
