I'm a reliable caregiver with over 4 years of experience with a private nanny agency. I have firsthand experience supporting someone with Parkinson's disease, as I help my mother with her daily exercises and mobility routines. This has given me a strong understanding of the importance of movement and physical activity in maintaining independence and quality of life. I have an Athletic training degree So, if you ever need assistance with PT, stretching, or mobility support, I would be happy to help. Also, I can help with Arts & Crafts, outdoor/indoor activities, exercise, running errands, meal prep, feeding etc. I'm First Aid & CPR certified as well. I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts and Associates in Science degree. My specialty is Creativity and Arts related. Currently, I'm studying online for my Masters in Finance.
