About Gayle

Hi! My name is Gayle. I'm an experienced childcare provider with over 10 years of paid childcare experience, along with many years of hands-on family caregiving. I have 11 years of experience as a Special Education Paraprofessional supporting students with disabilities. My experience includes IEP goal support, academic help, behavioral support, emotional regulation, feeding, changing, toileting, personal care, and wheelchair-to-bed transfers. I've worked with children with cognitive disabilities, Down syndrome, autism, behavioral challenges, and learning disabilities. I've also worked as a respite care provider for a family of three. I'm comfortable caring for infants through teens, including twins and children with special needs. I can also help with meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, grocery shopping, carpooling, crafts, swimming supervision, remote learning, and sick-child care. I'm warm, patient, dependable, and calm under pressure.
