Experienced in taking for society's most cherished and vulnerable. I've worked in assisted living and memory care. Transfers, ambulation, rehab, brushing teeth, feeding, diaper changes, showers, de-escalating with more aggressive residents, palliative care, patient oriented care. The sick and aging deserve the best. I'd describe my personality as strong, caring, attentive. I like caring for seniors because they have so many stories and much to teach us. I'm looking for a job that focuses on giving care to those that need it most. I started caring for seniors when my father started having health issues. I started working as a wheelchair assistant in the airport and now I'm here! In my spare time, I like to draw, study art, watch movies, watch sports, and go on adventures. One thing you should know about me is you can't be kind enough. My skills include talking to seniors, being patient, and giving them choices in their care so that it's personalized.
