About Garnet

I am a recent CSU graduate with plans to pursue medical school. I currently work full-time as a CNA in a nursing home specializing in dementia and memory care, hospice, rehabilitation, and long-term care. My experience includes transfers and assistance with mobility and movement, toileting and personal cares, monitoring symptoms and behavior, assistance with meals, cleaning, and spending quality time. I am a big fan of puzzles, arts and crafts, movies, reading, and finding fun and stimulating projects to promote positive experiences. I am comfortable and experienced with a larger variety of medical conditions and disorders, including physical and mental disabilities and limitations.
