About Garland

Although I'm not professionally certified (but plan to be in the future), I have plenty of experience with caregiving for seniors and people of younger ages. I myself have had a couple back surgeries so that has given me a lot of familiarity with precautions that go along with impaired mobility that can also come with old age. My step father is in his 70s and I have helped him with a lot of things you may be looking for: feeding, medication management, errands (which I really enjoy) like grocery shopping etc.., housekeeping, and bathing. Additionally, my long time friend recently hurt his back at work and I stayed with him for 2-3 weeks helping him with stretching, managing pain pills, help him shower, doing laundry, cooking meals, and cleaning. It's safe to say your family member/friend would be in good hands and I'd love to help!
