About Gari

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With five years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in creating supportive, engaging environments tailored to each child's unique needs. I hold certifications in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504), allowing me to provide expert guidance in Math, English, Science, and essential study skills. I adapt my methods by using visual aids, hands-on activities, and consistent feedback to ensure concepts click. By breaking complex problems into manageable steps and celebrating every small success, I help students build both momentum and confidence. I believe clear communication with families is essential to fostering a collaborative learning journey. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student finally masters a difficult skill is why I love what I do. I am truly honored to support your child's growth and academic success.
