About Gareth

Hi, there! I'm Gareth! I'm a former elementary school librarian and current full-time writer who loves working with children! I've always loved reading and writing with children and enjoy finding creative ways to make learning fun. My experience working in an elementary school taught me the importance of patience, consistency, clear boundaries, and creating an environment where children feel comfortable to play. I'm also happy to tutor in subjects I'm proficient in, such as English, language arts, reading, and writing. I understand that every family has different routines, rules, and expectations. I pride myself on meeting you and your kiddos where you're at and following what works best for your family. Whether we're reading together, working on homework, doing a creative project, getting outside, or simply having fun, I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids!
