I have a degree in psychology and strong experience supporting seniors both professionally and personally. As a case manager for a long-term care diversion program, I coordinated care plans, connected clients with services, and advocated to help them remain safely at home. I also cared for my parents for several years as they faced cancer, dementia, and heart failure. I provided hands-on support including medication management, appointments, mobility assistance, bathing, dressing, toileting, meal prep, and maintaining a safe environment. I also offered companionship and dementia care, helping manage routines, confusion, and behavioral changes with patience, compassion, and reliability.
