About Gala

Nurturing children comes naturally to me. With 9 years of experience caring for children, including a 6-year-old with autism and ADHD, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of patience, consistency and adaptability in caregiving. I am bilingual in English and Spanish which allows me to communicate easily with diverse families and support children in developing language skills in both languages. I hold a college degree and am a certified Registered Nurse with current ACLS and CPR training. My values are rooted in family, honesty and open communication. I believe in working closely with parents to create a supportive environment for children to grow and thrive. Parents often describe me patient, creative and dependable. I am confident enforcing household rules with kindness and clarity. I love playing educational games, board games, and outdoor sports and activities, and in happy to help with light housekeeping, cooking, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision.
