I worked for over 20 years taking care of benefit for retirees and active employees. During this time my mother became ill. I took a leave from work and cared for her for 2 1/2 years until she needed to be place in an acute care facility. I then took responsibility to be her advocate for her Medical and finances. I adopted two autistic children who are now grown and thriving. Very proud. I cook, clean, run errands and take care of the person as if she is part of my family. I am an excellent cook and a great scrabble player. I would make a very good companion and make sure the needs of the individual are met. Also, a grandma 13 and have excellent references and creativity.
