Hello, I am a retired female that has experience being a companion for some of my family members and friends parents. I started out just helping out, driving , laundry and food to help out friends with their parents needs. I also take care of my own mother, and know the needs of a person that still wants to be independent , but wants someone there to just do the things that may be difficult. I have no problem with hours due to a open schedule. I am CPR certified. I can cook, do laundry , light housekeeping, drive to appointments, dress, bathe .. give sponge baths, and just keep someone safe and comfy.

Gail is a very kind and compassionate caregiver who took care of me for five months while I was recovering from an injury. She always arrived promptly with a cheerful and pleasant attitude ready to start the day’s tasks. In addition to taking care of my personal needs, she cooked, cleaned and did laundry. She also drove me to doctor appointments and physical therapy. Everything that she did for me played a big part in my recovery. I highly recommend Gail to anyone who needs help for themselves or a loved one.
