About Gaila

I am a very caring, patient and loving person. I started caring for seniors in 2019 as I needed extra income in addition to my full-time teaching position. I no longer teach full time. I have taken my clients to appointments, prepared meals and given medication reminders. I also taken clients on a few outings to get ice cream and go to an apple orchard. I have always loved the elderly and enjoy hearing of times gone by and life stories. I am looking for a position as a companion. I can cook meals, do light housekeeping, and laundry. I would also be happy to do shopping and transport to appointments. If you are looking for any of the things I can provide, I would love to hear from you. I taught preschool for 15 years and then was the assistant director of the center for 2 1/2 years. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, camping, and spending time with my family playing board and card games.
