About Gaicha

Creative, outgoing, fun I like working with kids because they're naturally creative, and it's fun to see what they come up with. I enjoy being part of their growth and helping them learn new things. It's rewarding to know I'm making a difference. Kids have also taught me patience, flexibility, and how to be present. The connections I build with them feel genuine, and I love seeing the world through their imaginative eyes. From my sophomore to senior year, I worked at a local daycare. I started as a floater with all age groups from infants to Pre-K, became an assistant teacher, and eventually a lead teacher. I created lesson plans, prepped meals, and supervised kids throughout the day. I also led summer camp for ages 6 to 12. I'm looking for a job as flexible as I have lots of free time to fill. In my spare time, I enjoy walking in the park and being outdoors. I love crafting and creating. My strengths include meal prepping, staying organized, cleaning, and creative activities.
