About Gabriel

Hi, I'm Gabriel, a patient and growth minded caregiver who takes childcare seriously since every minute with a child matters. Every interaction is a chance to support a child's growth. Many jobs today have become very money-driven for some people, but I do not see childcare that way. Being paid matters, but the child's growth and well-being should be priority #1. My focus is being fully present, engaging with your child, learning what motivates them, and helping them grow. What can you expect from me: • My approach: connect first, then guide • I have experience helping care for foster toddlers and young children, as well as my younger non-verbal autistic brother. I did ABA in the past too. • I focus on helping children feel safe, understood, respected, and encouraged • I enjoy active engagement through outdoor play, creative activities, homework help, etc. • I respect each family's household rules, routines, and preferred communication • I can help with light housekeeping
