About Gabriel

I started off my career as a teacher aid and para educator working one on one with small groups or one student at a time empowering students to reach their full potential is my passion. Now as a substitute teacher going into my first year of teaching, I specialize in creating personalized learning experiences for elementary and middle school students. I adapt my teaching methods by varying my strategies and encouraging open communication. I celebrate small successes and provide consistent positive reinforcement to keep students motivated. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and building trust. I am comfortable working with students in English, Science, Computers, Special Education, Study Skills, and History. My goal is to build confidence and foster a love for learning. I have CPR training and First Aid. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I would love to help your student succeed!
