Making a difference in people's lives is my passion, and I've found that caring for adults and seniors allows me to do just that. My three years of experience have reinforced my commitment to supporting well-being and independence. I am a patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented caregiver. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and life stories. I'm skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I provide live-in care, hospice support, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and encourage physical activity. I have some college education and speak both English and Chinese.
