About Gabrielle

Hi, my name is Gabby! I am a current college student in New York, near the East Village area. My most important goal when babysitting is establishing a clear role of trust, reliability, and comfortability for the family. I grew up in a big family with many kids, often having to babysit them all, while the adults were out and about. These foundational babysitting experiences taught me how to better communicate with and understand children. As for myself, I would describe myself as patient, extroverted, creative, and friendly. I have two weeks of paid experience caring for 4 children. I also have no problem with enforcing household rules. I can communicate with parents using their preferred method, including verbal updates at pickup and regular texts. I enjoy playing outdoors, board games, and educational games. I'm also comfortable with cooking and light housekeeping. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I hope to make my job a worthwhile, easy, and comfortable experience for all.
