Would have loved for this to work out with Gabby, but unfortunately she was late quite a few times and there were times she could not show up after committing to set times. This left my husband and I VERY frustrated because we thought we would have a sitter for the day. I have a very demanding job that has me on my laptop and in meetings all day and the times/days she could not show up or show up late I had to cancel meetings or even call off for the day, because I cant work and watch my son at the same time. My boss noticed something was different with me since I was cancelling and calling off frequently. I had no other choice but to fire Gabby on a day she was running late (said she over slept and would be 30 minutes late, after an hour of not seeing her I had to fire her via text). She's a nice young lady, but was not committed nor reliable for us.
