About Gabrielle

Making a difference is my passion. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I provide respite care, live-in home care, transition from hospital to home care, and can assist with activities of daily living, mobility exercises as prescribed by a provider, and medical management. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with ease. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment, respecting preferences, and building trust with care recipients. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. My continued experience working in an emergency medicine observation unit has enhanced my caregiving abilities.
