I'm a 24-year-old caregiver and college student with a deep passion for working with children. Although I have one summer of nanny experience, I'm highly dedicated, nurturing, and eager to grow in this field. I'm looking to transition into a full-time nanny role where I can bring compassion, consistency, and creativity to a child's daily routine. My caregiving approach is rooted in the Montessori method, which encourages independence, creativity, and critical thinking. I believe in creating a child-centered environment where little ones can learn at their own pace, explore with confidence, and develop essential life skills in a supportive and respectful space. While I may be at the beginning of my professional nanny journey, I care deeply about providing quality, intentional care and am excited to find a family I can support and grow with.
