Gabby applied to one of my jobs. We chatted on line and set up a time to speak on the phone (I was open all day and she could said this time did not work). I called her and it went straight to voice mail. She never called back... I have been using Care.com for over 13 years and I feel about 50% of caregivers overall fail to respond to a message, call, interview request, or even no show for interviews, so when I read her prior review for not responding, I didn't think much of it. I wouldn't even think much of her not returning my call and would not leave a negative review for someone who does this. However, she specifically mentioned when she applied that she would like to explain her side of the story regarding her 1-star review! Then she does the same thing to me. Pass.
