About Gabriella

I'd describe my personality as fun, compassionate, and flexible. I like working with kids because they have such unique perspectives on the world. I understand the importance of growing up in nurturing settings. I'm looking for a job that has good, open communication between gardiens and myself. I started volunteering with toddlers when I was 11 and have been consistently working with children of all ages since then. In my spare time, I like to paint, workout, bake, and spend time with friends and family. One thing you should know about me is I work very hard to build a relationship with you as well as the children. I believe it is critical to have a strong connection in order to build the best possible environment for your children. My skills include being patient with children and making sure to take the time to let them do things at their own pace, having a strong sense of safety to prevent incidents, and a basic knowledge about childhood development from classes I have taken.
