The Montessori method is a learning method I truely recommend, though I will adapt to any way you would prefer for him or her to learn. Fun activities can include play dates, take them on museum adventures, go to the playground, make crafts, sing songs, and imaginative play.

Gaby is such a natural with kids! She’s calm, responsible, and goes the extra mile to make them feel special. We feel so lucky that Gaby cares for our son, and would recommend her to anyone! 

I highly recommend Gaby! She has been my son’s nanny for almost three years now starting when he was 4 months old, and she has been a fantastic addition to our family. Our son loves Gaby and always has fun with her. More importantly, I know he is safe, cared for, and happy when he’s with her. She sets up little lessons for him to teach him his numbers and letters and colors, and because of her he also knows some Spanish. He also eats everything with her (I have no idea how she does it!). She is always very calm and patient, which is not easy with a toddler boy throwing his tantrums, but she is so gentle and patient with him. She also plans activities and outings with him to the library, park, gym class, music classes, etc. so he is always entertained. She was wonderful keeping him on a strict schedule when he was an infant, and has been so helpful during the potty training process. Most importantly, we love Gaby and having her in our home caring for our son has been an absolute blessing. The only reason he hasn’t started preschool yet is because we haven’t wanted to lose her.

Gabriella was a dream come true. She provided not only a watchful eye over our daughter but she also created different types of enrichment through suggestions on lesson plans, toys and even taught us tips and tricks for how to better interact with our daughter to help progress her development. The only reason we aren't still working with Gabriella is that we, unfortunately, moved too far away, and it was unreasonable to ask her to travel so far. We WOULD LOVE to work with Gabriela again. I can't speak highly enough of her.

Gaby spent a week caring for my 18m old son to cover for my regular nanny's vacation. I was extremely worried that my son would have difficulty adjusting to another caregiver for such a short time, but all my fears dissolved the minute our family met Gaby. From day 1 she hit the ground running, immediately engaging my son with her warm and engaging personality, and her ability to quickly pick up and adjust to my son's routine. She read, sang and spoke to him, quickly oriented to his skills and knowledge and jumped into meeting him where he is in his development. Gaby was professional, punctual, communicative, detail oriented and truly exceeded my every hope and expectation at all times. Gabby is extremely dependable. She has always been on time, communicates well with us, and takes initiative while also seeking out and valuing our input. She prepares appropriate and healthy meals for the kids, and leaves the main areas cleaner than they were when she got there. And most of all - our kids feel safe and loved. Gabby has been a huge asset to our family and we have really valued our time with her

We LOVED working with Gabby! She was with us for a month while our usual nanny was getting surgery, and she hit the ground running from day 1. She walked into a tough job taking care of a 3-year old toddler and a 1-year old baby (both very active), and she did a wonderful job looking after the kids while also managing to cook all their meals from scratch and keeping our apartment spotless. She was always a 100% punctual and reliable with any task that I had given her, and she followed all my OCD/Type A mom directions perfectly, while also taking the initiative to come up with fun activities for the kids. Gabby is also super sweet, personable, a pleasure to be around, and very thoughtful - she would show up with cute little gifts for my daughter - whether it's her puzzles, a princess necklace, or a ballerina book. All in all, we were VERY happy with Gabby and would absolutely hire her again.

Gabriella was amazing. She was dependable and helped me raise my one month old while I was busy with school and work. She helped feed, bathe, and incorporated recreational time such as singing, reading and tummy time with my daughter. She upheld all the ways I valued my daughter being raised and I really appreciated her loving attitude and seeing a smile on my baby's face every time i came home.

Gabriella has been great with my kids, they love her! She has a way with children that makes them feel loved and safe, which allows them to be themselves. We all felt very comfortable with her from the beginning. Gabriella has helped us when were in a pinch and needed care for the kids because of last minute travel or meetings. We've always felt very secure knowing the kids were in great hands. We all love her and highly recommend her!

Gabby is loyal, consistent and just the most reliable person I could have ever wished for. Gabby has been supporting me and my kids for four years, I have an 11 year old girl and a 9 year old boy. The time has come where they are not in need of much care taking and independence is more of a focus, I also am working from home now so am available more. Gabby is so patient, she is on top of every detail she is asked to do, she is SO responsible and is willing to go anywhere, do any task and be the responsible, caring, loving, attentive person she is.  She cares immensely about doing the right thing and being there for you. She is open, honest and very easy going. She upholds a schedule perfectly, ALWAYS on time. Gabby is very consistent and upholds routines impeccably, although if a wrench gets thrown (as it does) in she adapts beautifully!!! She easily handles multiple kids as she has on many occasions at home and out in the city, with friends of my kids. Gabby is one of a kind, a gem!

Gabriella is extremely punctual, flexible and dedicated! My daughter loves her and asks about her every day --they really hit it off. If you're in the Ridgewood/Bushwick area she is a home run.

She is always available when asked if needed for overtime. She is very responsible with children I have never had any problems with her. I would hire her again for another date night for sure!

My family and I highly recommend Gabriella as she worked taking care of my two daughters, ages 5 and 12, in which they enjoyed spending time with her very much. They looked up to her as if she was their big sister. It was heartbreaking for them when we had to relocate to New Jersey. 
She is very dependable, respectful, sociable, loyal, joyful, helpful with their homework, and reliable with my daughters activities. She was always there when I needed her to be, even at short notice when there were any emergencies. It was a peace of mind for my husband and I to have her in our lives. I was a pleasure having her at part of our family. 

My family has been fortunate to have Gabbie as our babysitter for over two years now, and I hope we will be able to count her among our son s caregivers for many years to come. Gabbie has sat for my family anywhere from 1 to 3 days a week in this time.  Her regular hours start with a school pick up and go through dinner, but she is always available for evenings and pick up days as needed. 

My son J is 4 years old (turning 5 in September) and he just adores Gabbie. He loves her like she is family, and she shows him as much love (or more) back. She is kind and generous and fun with him, but also firm. I don t have too many rules, but with those I set down Gabbie is great at reinforcing.  Gabbie is a very cool cucumber and is not easily rattled, which I find to be a huge plus when working with the toddler/preschool crowd, and when traveling around NYC with children.

Gabbie is a wonderful playmate for J. She participates in his imaginative play, she builds elaborate block structures with him, and never tires of playing the same board game over and over (and over). Gabbie is also a joyful reader. J will bring her a stack of books and she will patiently read each one to him for any length of time.

Gabbie is an excellent caregiver for J. I can count on Gabbie to have him well fed, well rested, dressed and cleaned per whatever instructions I leave her. Additionally, there are only a few people I would consider leaving J with when he is not feeling well, and Gabbie is on the list. I know she will show him gentleness and compassion and be a great stand in for mom, if I am not able to stay home myself.  

Gabbie is very considerate to not be intrusive and/or to take too many liberties. As such, it is important to give her clear instructions and set concrete expectations around what you want her to be doing or not doing. If you do that, Gabbie will exceed your expectations. 

Finally you should know that Gabbie is incredibly trustworthy. I have known her for two years, and her mom and dad for five. They are all wonderful people. Gabbie is like a member of our family. I trust her with my child, my home, my money and my dog and she never lets me down.
