I am a professional nanny and household manager with over 6 years of full-time paid experience in private childcare and more than 10 years of experience. My caregiving style is calm, structured, and development-focused. I specialize in creating nurturing, organized environments where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow emotionally, socially, and independently. My experience includes infant and toddler care, sleep routines, potty training, school-age support, and managing multiple children with consistency and ease. I also value creative play, outdoor activities, educational engagement, and age-appropriate enrichment. In addition to childcare, I have extensive household management experience, including meal preparation, grocery shopping, laundry and organization systems, scheduling, appointment coordination, travel preparation, and overall household logistics. I am currently based in North Indy and seeking a long-term nanny or household manager role.
