I babysat for a family of 2 in Franklin for 5 years and I have over 2 years of experience working with kids with autism and their families. I interviewed Gabby over the phone for a nanny position. Later I sent her a message offering a more formal interview. Gabby messaged me back to decline. I am very impressed with her maturity. I have found so many perspective candidates on care.com simply don't show up for the interview. By declining rather than leaving us hanging Gabby showed me she is responsible and mature enough to handle a difficult situation. Thanks Gabby. I wish you good luck and good fortune.
