About Gabriela

Hi! I'm Gabriela. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish with over 10 years of experience working with children through NYC DOE. In addition, I've provided private babysitting since 2017, giving me experience in both classroom and personal family settings. And now as the mother of a toddler, I've gained an even deeper understanding of the patience, attention and consistency young children need. I've worked with groups of 6-12 children and supported children with different needs, including speech and language delays. I'm comfortable with diaper changes, feeding, personal care and daily routines. I'm patient, dependable and able to multitask while helping each child feel seen. I enjoy music and movement, stories, puzzles, arts and crafts, and interactive learning. I respect family routines and household rules, use positive, age-appropriate guidance and provide regular text updates. My goal is for every child in my care to feel safe, comfortable and encouraged to be themselves.
