About Gabriela

I've enjoyed caring for kids since I was 11 and my formal includes a Bachelor's in Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology. I did clinical practicums aiding children with delayed development, incorporating methods to accommodate ADHD, Autism, and other difficulties like functional blindness. I also assisted with adult clinical rehabilitation from traumatic brain injuries. I enjoy reading, art, science, and introducing folks to endless value they offer. I strive to encourage curiosity, mental stimulation, critical thinking, and physical activity. I discourage screen time by engaging in activities with tactile and creative components, such as interactive drawing, painting, sculpting, and story time. I encourage curiosity for the sciences and math with custom lessons and activities based on individual interests.
