Gabriela is an exceptional caregiver. She went above and beyond her role as a babysitter and saved the day! She was punctual, attentive, and left a positive impact on our children. Initially, a different caregiver had accepted the job, but decided to cancel her commitment a few hours before the specified time. Gabriela messaged us shortly after, offering her services. She showed up 15 mins prior, spent time w/ the kids, put them to bed, and cleaned up, all the while texting updates.
