She supported us like a house manager - anticipating needs in every facet of me being a working mom and needing extra hands across the board. She is very confident with children of all ages, and she is a mother herself, so she understands the daily challenges of toddler emotions and demands. She is patient, kind, hard-working, and fun! My kids ask for her regularly, and we cherish the ad hoc babysitting nights we get with her.
