About Gabriela

I've been in Rye for over 2 years now and I've worked for 2 different families - both with 4 kiddos. My tasks include: take them to/pick them up from school, drive them to/from activities, organize play dates with other kids their age, do laundry, meal prep, help tidy up from lunch/dinner, bed routine, help the kids clean up from the day, help keep their rooms tidy and organized (including playroom), light cleaning for common areas, etc. I've learned how to manage their schedules, to motivate them to do things by themselves, to encourage good manners, and to make sure that they're safe and happy. The kids and I have lots of fun together! I take them to playgrounds, park, beach, nature center - if weather is nice; library, children's museum, etc. We like to play sports, read books, do arts and crafts, play educational games, any age appropriate activity, etc. We've been running, jumping and playing around - doing a lot of engaging activities and spending quality time together!
