What I offer: • Companionship & conversation - mindful presence, listening, and engagement. • Guided walks & light mobility - safe, encouraging movement at the client's pace. • Healthy routines - hydration reminders, light snack or meal prep, and daily wellness habits. • Outings & social moments - park visits, cultural events, birthdays, or meaningful celebrations. • Emotional wellbeing support - calm guidance, mindfulness, and positivity throughout the day. What I don't do: No medical procedures, no medication administration, no physical therapy. I provide companionship, movement, and lifestyle support with professional attention and genuine care. Serving select families in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and surrounding areas. By appointment only. Minimum 3 hours per visit. Rates from $60/hr.
