Though she notified me that she was going to be late two times because the time of her arrival kept changing it still didn't look good since she already rescheduled our interview twice. So I hired her for Friday's and the next day after the interview she was supposed to watch my son. I text her asking if she was coming to watch him about 10 min after she was already supposed to be here and she mentioned she got in a wreck (not sure how accurate it was) because she said she could still be there if I needed her. First off I shouldn't have to be the one to reach out and ask if you are still coming you should let me know you can't make it. I told her not to worry I will find someone else to fill in. She never texted back or even asked about the following Friday. I would not consider her reliable at all.
