About Gabbi

I like working with kids because they bring me joy. Kids have such an energetic and curious way about them that I have always been very drawn to. I am a very energetic person and I always have been. Kids bring that out of me more than anything, which I love, but more than anything, I love connecting with them. I think as adults it's really easy to get wrapped up in our feelings and not try very hard to understand their feelings as much because they're just kids. But I really value kids feeling heard and understood. Not just being passed off as "they're fine because their problems can only be so big" which happens way too often in my opinion. I don't just want any babysitting or nannying job, I want parents to feel comfortable with me taking care of their kids and being someone they trust as a role model for their kids. I also want to feel connected with them as well, and just be prayerful and thoughtful of who I am choosing to spend so much time with.
